Daniel Lee Hird has appeared in over 20 films and TV shows in China and Kenya. He is also an award winning theatre director and in 2023 starred as the lead in Kenya Theatre Awards Best play, The Play That Goes Wrong.
Rotem Yaniv-Cohen is an Israeli former model who has appeared in over 20 productions on the Braeburn stage over the years. Most recently, she played the lead in Agatha Christie’s The Mouse Trap and an adaption of Alfred Hitchcock’s 39 Steps
Adrian has appeared in Sleeping Beauty, Shrekk the Musical and, in the dim and distant past, 84 Charing Cross Road, Night Must Fall, Run For Your Wife, and A Penny For a Song
Matthew returns to the stage after a long absence, with roles in My Fair Lady and other light fare at the Braeburn Theatres now a faded memory, although he was involved in The Liberty Truck, a play for voices performed earlier this year in Nairobi.
Joe appeared in the award winning Rokk of Ages and Shrekk the Musical as well as several smaller pantomimes and children’s productions.
Biko Adema, and ex-Kenya Rugby 7s/15s player turned teacher and coach is making his acting debut in a straight play. He has a passion for music having played trombone in high school orchestra and acted in minor roles in musicals.
Henriques Katama is an upcoming actor and singer who has appeared in several stage productions including Matumaini the Musicals, The Three Washkateers, and The Barbershop Chronicles. He has also done film and television work.
Lucy has performed in numerous plays and musicals for the Kenya Amateur Dramatics Society (KADS) over the past 25 years.
Lizzie Wood has appeared in Mary Poppins, the award winning Rokk of Ages, Shrekk the Musical and smaller pantomimes. She also appeared in the film Grogan’s Lodge and the TV series Big Girl Small World.
Tana has appeared on stage in The Sound of Music, Kesho Amahoro and For Coloured Girls. Her television and film roles have included Paa – Born to Fly, Mercy, 1000 shillings in Nairobi, and A Better Life
Lee has directed Absurd Person Singular, Love Loss and What I Wore and Shrekk the Musical. She has appeared on stage in Wicked, Absurd Person Singular and the award winning Rokk of Ages, film credits include Mother and Grogan’s Lodge.
